Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on collection routes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
