Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Toledo area. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on student accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
