Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Linden Energy Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on usage data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
