Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Pine Markets is a St. Louis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on pricing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
