Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Cedar Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Spokane, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
