Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Summit Early Learning and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
