Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Quill Health is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
