Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Field Manufacturing and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
