Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Orchard Energy is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in meter readings and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
