Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Seattle serving students and families, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 918 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on learning materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
