Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Umber Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in landfill records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on recycling loads. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
