Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Junction Staffing Partners is a Seattle staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
