Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Vista Staffing is a Savannah staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on temp assignments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
