Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (San Jose, CA)

Fernwood Bright Medical is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
