Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (San Jose, CA)

Bright Rowan Health runs clinics and patient services around San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 858 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
