Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Clear Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around San Diego, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
