Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Meadow Learning Group is an education provider in San Diego serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on learning materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
