Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Junction Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on candidate screening. • Python or R for analysis.
