Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (San Antonio, TX)

Stonegate Rowan Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
