Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Bridge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Salt Lake City with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
