Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Pike Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in meter reading and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
