Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Oak Foods and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer specifications and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
