Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge West Arts Center is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
