Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Rochester, NY)

Foxglove Clear Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Rochester with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
