Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Rochester, NY)

Nova Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Rochester serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in deposit accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
