Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Rochester, NY)

Ironwood Drift Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
