Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Linden Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in certifications and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on test reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
