Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Thistle Pharma and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in clinical studies and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
