Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Richmond, VA)

Nova Bright Financial is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 755 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on loan applications. • Python or R for analysis.
