Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Reno, NV)

Northwind Yarrow Facilities is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in supply orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
