Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Reno, NV)

Silverline Granite Housing Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
