Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Basin Health Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
