Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Reno, NV)

Summit Keystone Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Reno region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
