Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Summit Sable Housing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
