Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Northwind Oak Banking Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
