Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ashton Care Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
