Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Highbridge Drift Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in loads and lanes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tracking. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
