Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Silverline Corner Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 734 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
