Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Foxglove Linden Legal Group is a law firm in Oklahoma City serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
