Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Harborlight Maple Markets serves neighbourhoods around Richmond with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on pricing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
