Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Group is a Savannah company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on device records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
