Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bluepeak Glen Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Orlando, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in constituent requests and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on permits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
