Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Cedar Ivory Banking Services Partners is a community-focused bank in Minneapolis serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in loan files and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
