Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bright Pike Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
