Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Legal Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on intake forms. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
