Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bright Cross Civic Services supports public agencies in Boise with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in procurement and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on permits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
