Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Amberfield Sable Financial is a financial-services company in Rochester, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in regulatory reports and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
