Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Ironwood Glen Civic Services supports public agencies in Grand Rapids with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in public records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on case files. • Python or R for analysis.
