Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Redstone Loom Construction is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in project schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
