Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Fernwood Pike Medical Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
